Thought Writers: Writing (Composition and Grammar
Students will build a process for writing that allows 1) basic writers to add sophistication to their writing and 2) confident writers to create more complex essays. As we learn new grammar skills, they will be incorporated into our writing. Students do need to be able to compose and to handwrite complete sentences independently. However, if handwriting and getting ideas onto paper is a challenge, please reach out to me. There will be homework that most likely will require parent involvement. These assignments will be necessary to complete in order to compose our essays. REQUIREMENTS: Attend parent meeting via Zoom. Access to a Google account.
