Saxon Math 7
The 7th-grade Saxon Math course builds on the foundational skills acquired in 6th grade and introduces more advanced concepts. Students will enhance their understanding of graphing fractions, Pythagorean Theorem, factoring algebraic expressions, equations with exponents, etc. Additionally, the curriculum covers transversals, powers of negative numbers, and volume/surface area.
Using the Saxon method, students will engage in consistent practice and tackle problems of increasing difficulty to build their confidence and problem-solving skills. By the end of the year, students will be well-prepared for Algebra next year.
